Can you source a piece of Lexan locally and put it in the frame you have? A piece that size would run about $100.

Did not see any evidence of a drain tube under the inside shroud. Good opportunity to clean out horsehair filter though. Has anyone replaced these?

Loose awning brackets

All 4 of my awning brackets are loose. I've tried a bit larger lags but can't get bigger than the bracket holes and they are still loose. Posts I have read say to rivet new skin over stripped holes...
