I have had to replace the zip ties and zip mounts...

I have had to replace the zip ties and zip mounts as the sun had degraded them. The long term fix might be using clamps and rivets or screws. I am planning on just replacing the zip ties as required....

Where were you able to purchase the higher temp switch? I was able to locate a spec sheet and was thinking about buying the T90 (rated 10 degrees higher than the T80).

Just going by the looks of the adapter plug photograph, it appear there may have been some corrosion going on, causing perhaps some resistance in the connection which can produce a significant amount...
