I found them!!!! They were under the cabinet under the sink on the floor so either they never routed them up to the locker or they fell out (not likely). I now just have to figure out how to fish...

Yes, the green and yellow terminate behind the radio in the locker, they are clearly marked Solar. Under the bed by the bus is the red and black terminated wire (not connected) marked Solar.
