I ended up vacuuming my vents and yes, slapping out the foam thing. Definitely in the market for some sort of better filtration there.

Thanks guys. Yes, that's the one. Didn't know there were foam filters in there. We spent 7 weeks in ours and I'm SHOCKED by how much dust is built up on them. We didn't even use the AC that often....
