Forgot to add, single wheel row dolly manufacturers recommend @ 2ft setback from ball hitch to mount the down tube bracket.
They say Increased traction, stability and keeps mount out of the way....

Power Caster or other Dolly
Was aiming for similar dolly setup for our 25ft dual axel 5300/6300 Intl CCD. Chance found PRE owned 4 in-line tire electric "Power Mover" brand courtesy local Craigslist.
Available through dolly...
