Glad to report that my bolts are nice and tight after towing for 1,200 miles. It was probably torquing them to 75 pounds or the lock washers or both. I checked my frame and there is no way to fish...

That would be good for you. Just drill out the holes to the 11/16th called for, install the rivet nut and add the bolts. In my case I am wondeering if the rivet nuts can be drilled out and replaced....
