I also made my own otriggers out of flat plate bent over at the top and then the rounding cut out with an angle grinder, a metal working shop should fold the metal for you cheaply, if you need to...

Welding is not that hard, I learnt the basics in 15mins which is all you would need to replace the outriggers, the biggest problem you would have is a mig welder is quite expensive hust to do this...
