The question was answered in the same post as the question. It is a momentary contact toggle switch. You can buy these at most any electrical supply house.
There is nothing exxclusive about this...

Not so fast........
I have heard of people removing the "head" of the jack, (the motor) and rotating it 90 degrees on the shaft.
I am almost certain that one can do this. I was looking for someone who had done it.
