Redsled88 I used a body filler with strands of fiberglass , I found it at a auto paint store.I used it on the inside and out side of the housings,so far still looks good after some long road trips

Tracker You may have to remove the sub floor to the first joint . At that point you will find two scabs at a frame cross member . As marzboy said you will have to pull the belly pan . Sounds harder...

We used a Ronco Plastics 17H 25 gal tank. Even though I woke up some nights thinking "what the heck"? So far it has turned out all right and it has been fun.

Subfloor

We have finished the subfloor. So far we have replaced the axel, fixed the frame, added a gray tank and replaced the subfloor. Next repair the tail lights!

Tracker I cut the new floor at 88 1/4 inch I'am not sure what year they changed to a wider body. Also I did not have to remove the bannana wrap to drop belly pan . The street side was removed...

Replacing the floor

We started our floor replacement today. We were able to remove the front section in one piece. We used it as a patten, and were able to install the new piece without much problem. We flared the sides...
