You can cut off the displaced gasket, or you can inject some sealer into the metal frame, and then push the gasket back in place. Then follow up with a bead of sealer, to completely cover the gasket....

Then apply a bead of Vulkem or Sikoflex sealer, so that it completely covers the gasket and just touches the glass...
