Texas has an "Open Container Law" now. Not only can the driver not drink, but passengers can not legally drink. Of course, there are those that decant their alcohol into coke bottles and the like....

In Texas, we pull over on the shoulder, but keep rolling at the same speed we were travelling. I'll go back and reword my first post.
