Thumbs up Ceiling light lens Replacement

What should I do to 'cover' the 4 naked ceiling light bulbs ( 3 fixtures ) in my 37 year sold Overlander? Got tired looking at them and had a renewed interest in 'restore'! :bb:Old shades long gone....
