This is just maybe an answer to my own question.

I spoke with a rep at Lincoln a maker of most anything having to do with pumping grease.

The rep said that the stuff leaking out of my grease...

Cool We Even Have a Camera

I should mention that my Tundra has a camera that looks right at the hitch receiving box, making it easy to line up side to side.

The wife stands at the hitch and makes any final up/down...

Grease Gun, Size Apparantly Matters

I have pretty much used all of two small tubes of grease (6" x 1/1/4 dia) and have never seen grease oozing from anywhere. This is after the dealer said they had greased the hitch.
