Each window inner frame and the accompanying knobs on the levers have to be removed (lots of self tapping screws, which I have replaced with stainless steel bolts and nyloc nuts). The old fuzzies...

The window fuzzies are available from Inland RV. I've replaced all mine. It's a fiddly time-consuming job, and it seem's expensive, until you remember the bugs.
