I changed jacks when the Attwood left me hanging, literally.
It went up but not down. The crank would not budge. (except up).
So, out with the Attwood 4000, in with a Husky 5000.
It's a dream!

My stock Attwood jack had me stranded. It would go up but not down, and the manual crank was impossible to turn. I think the post got jammed. But I couldn't release the coupler or drive away.
