2010 FC 28' AC Cover and Clearance ?

Hi,
Anyone who has removed the AC cover? Can you tell me how much additional clearance I will get if I remove the AC cover? The specs say I have 9'7" but an inch or two might help if I can get it...

Hi Graysailor,
Don't have an AStream yet but seriously looking at a 2010 30 foorter with recliners used.

Our concern is not having the extra "couch" in the front section.
