So, I looked this up on the 'net. The sensor is a PRESSURE sensor. Not like it's an "electric eye" or something that might have to do with "too clear water". I think that's totally bogus...

Fried hot water heater diode

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. If not, perhaps someone can redirect me. I've been having some "issues" with my 2006 LE Special Edition. I bought this trailer from Colonial...

PERFECT. Might get a bit costly if I do them all, but looks like just the ticket.
THANKS.

Oh, Star parties. Usually, I think folks bring a telescope, but I'm pretty sure it's not "required". ...

I couldn't even reply fast enough to beat your post too. You guys are great. Now I have a number of options (all better than anything my feeble mind came up with).

THANKS!

Red light district

For astronomical star parties, I plan to use my 2006 SE. White light at a star party is about as welcome as a thunderstorm. So, I was wondering if anyone knows if there are "red" halogen bulbs that I...

At the dealer

Well, I pulled all sorts of panels off and could not find anything leaking anywhere. It's at the dealer now (for 2 days) and they have not found anything yet either. They'll have it all next week...

Will check today

Thanks for the advice and pointers. My trailer is currently sitting in my driveway, so I'll put water in it (drained for "winter"), pressurize everything and see what happens.

followup

The problem with the LP gas detector was a blown fuse. It's easy to fix. There's a "hatch" of sorts just under the bed, removed with 3 screws. This gives access to the wiring in the front of the...

Not bad so far

I've not been involved with Airstream for very long, but I have seen some of what you mention. However, I also believe that some of that comes from these dealers bringing them to shows, or having...

Newbie to cold

I don't have my new Airstream yet and never owned a trailer before. How does one take care of water when the temps get this low? Do you have to heat the lines? Will my 2006 Safari have provisions...

oven vs. Convection/MW

Yeah, they would give me the $500 option, but I was a bit concerned that it would change the trailer before I even got it. I'm sure it would cost more to do it later. On the fence. I've never used...
