Cute Electric Range to propane?

Can I convert an electric range to a propane range. They don't make turquoise ones anywhere that I can find. Only vintage. So, has anyone done this? Can it be done?

Can I use a forklift propane tank for an airstream? I don't know if that is just what it is called on craigslist or if that's a different one than i see on the front of the airstreams.
