A fully charged battery should be 13 volts or above. While charging-will vary. I always take the leads off the charger and then check the battery. Hope this helps.

My furnace unit is a hydro-flame 8535 III.
My batteries are fully charged, but will not spin the blower fast enough to cause the furnace to light. There is a squeal when the furnace blower comes on....
