The lauan plywood is vacuum formed to the framework & insulation of the roof. The fiberglass roof is glued onto the outside of the same framework. Why would you remove it?

You can buy leveling blocks that you drive up onto or make them your self out of lumber. To stabilize as well as level you would need scissor or some type of jacks.

It's probably worth half that. 454 is a strong motor that is not known for longevity. Some with great care & luck go over 100000mi but most don't especially when its tugging a heavy load every mile....
