Remember that with copper pigtails you can get scaling inside them over time. So when you disconnect and reconnect the pigtails, avoid bending them. That is why they use rubber on applications...

I have a 1976 Argosy 24. It has the original Armstrong A/C unit installed. The unit puts out cold air, but it is very noisy (Vibration).

Make sure the company that does the recert is registered with DOT. The recert is not valid without an RIN number from DOT. If they don't know what that is then they are probably not registered.
