Put a meter on it to check if it's a 12V positive with fridge on and then with it off. It may be for an optional fan kit or could be now....
It is not a cooling connection for either AC or DC, too...

Finished the fresh water system today. We have two fresh tanks, a 25 main and a 50 backup for longer stays without hookups.
