I guess I need to determine what's important - originality or functionality.
I'm guessing the plastic pieces are cheaper than having aluminum ones recreated. I suppose I could paint them silver...

Banana Wrap Cost ?

I'm looking to replace the two front "banana wraps" on my recently acquired 1970 Sovereign - one missing the other really dented.

Thanks for the encouragement. I have a 10 year old son who I think will be able to help on some level. Maybe when we get to the polishing stage. A lot of work to do before then.

Could Someone take pictures of Bill's repair?

I have a 1970 Sovereign and appear to have a 1/4" or so "separation" when standing on the rear bumper.

I'd like to see Bill's repair.

My AS is not yet road worthy. Just brought it home...

Just bought the Sovereign. The wife wasn't thrilled. It might become my new doghouse when I'm in trouble with her
I have to admit it's a bit of an eyesore right now. A few dents, need a new belly...
