Any idea why some interior light work but not all?

Everything worked just days before and I doubt it is all a light bulb problem. Could part of the coverter be fried but not all?

What size valve do I need to replace these?

These are the 2 low water point valves on a 2009 25FB International. And also, from reading other post on replacement, some have said I can replace the part from elbow down or replace elbow as well....
