I have similar issues and I’m faulting the new roof antennas that are short and squat. Lots surround them to impede signal, it seems to me. I’d go back to the extending arm type in a heartbeat.

Running down the road we’re back to 100 percent. It does seem that the two green fuses (30 amp) have blown if the way to tell is that there is no connection (or broken wires)
between the fuse legs.
