I would not accept this damaged trailer.

Airstreams are way too expensive to get one that has damage from day one.

Since the delivery times are better now you might get a new undamaged one...

That looks like it is in front of the street side front tire, which is exactly where the condensate line drain is. Look up in the wheel well for a 1/2” dia drain line. It may be that.
