I had heard / read that somewhere. The receiver is certainly sloppy but I'm keeping an eye on the welds. It's a factory hitch not aftermarket and yeah may not be the stiffest hitch.

So after some digging and learning and testing.... I found that the service manual diagram colour coding is accurate for my trailer. Mine has the colours that follow the "US" wiring pattern...
