We stayed a casino RV park on the Illinois side. It was across the river from the arch. Not much of an RV park, but close. We would take the local train into the city.

We had an additional fold-up countertop installed by the side of the frig. Moved the coffee pot to it and other small items. It worked out quite well.

We have been doing the AS thing for 12 years. On two occasions we experienced freezing temps. AZ at a rally 19 degrees and CO Region 11 rally, 17 degrees. Of course, do not leave your water hose out....
