I think this belongs in the towing forum(???)
We got a good chuckle out of this. I mean, we're new to towing, but we're pretty sure there's something wrong with the hitch!
This is the back page of the June issue of the Good Sam Club magazine.

The file starts to load, then I get an unspecified error message, and the page turns grey.

I think the tow vehicle is a Citroen DS. It had hydraulic suspension, and when you parked it it slowly settled down in a kneeling position. I would imagine it would be hard to adjust a hitch in that condition. Maybe (gasp) this rig didn't even have an equalizing hitch.
Interesting foto, though.

Yes it is a citroen and it does in fact lower down. The car is probably actually parked.

I re-saved the PDF file so it might work for some who have trouble opening the original PDF file.

For some reason I can open it from your file, thanks for re-saving it.
