Southland RV in Norcross, GA
I drove by it last week--a week ago exactly--and their lot was full of shiny silver things. But when I look on their website, they have exactly 3 used ASs, and not very many more new ones. Are they just lax with their website updating, or going out of the AS business, or have an ideological issue with people I/N shopping, or what?

Canít speak to their online presence but hands down a great AS dealer to buy from and for service!

Great people

I purchased my 2018 Serenity 28 from them a year ago. Great before and after service. Great people to deal with.
Their lot is divided between new units and customer trailers in for service. You might be seeing the service lot. Stop in and see them. They welcome tire kickers.

Well I can tell you they have one less 2020 27FB Globetrotter on their lot because it followed me home last weekend.

Mine was ordered and never made their web page and would not have expected it to have been placed on the page.

I have observed many businesses, including every AS dealer I visited in the southeast, struggle to have their web page keep up.

And add one more endorsement to Southland. Great dealership that earns their 5 rivers through good old customer service.

We've bought two Airstreams from them. A 2016 23FB Flying Cloud and our newest 2019 27FB Globetrotter. We love doing business with them. They are actually expanding there dealership in Norcross GA and they are slated to finish their new dealership in Richmond Hill GA right off of Interstate 95 by the spring of 2020. Great people to deal with on both ends, sales and service!

We've used them for service. We'll be kicking some tires there shortly. Thanks for your input. (Last thing I want to do is buy an AS from someone going out of business.)

Thanks for the information. Nice to learn of good service departments. Never know when one needs on when on the road.

I was just there today; Southland is in the midst of a huge addition- new service center, showroom with trailers inside.
These guys are more than great- got me through 1 1/2 yrs with multiple Basecamp issues and now I have tiny shiny #2, a Sport 22. A well run dealership where customers are 1st!

I ordered a 2020 19cb Caravel through them about a month ago. It should be in in late July or early August. I don't have any complaints about them so far.

Our first trailer was an Aliner purchased from Southland, second is our current Airstream. Both built to order. Southland were great to deal with. Have only limited warranty experience as I tend to fix things myself, but they were prompt and courteous. Great people to work with.

Happy to hear they'll be opening a store in Richmond Hill too. My daughter's in-laws live there and we visit often, staying at Fort McAllister State Park each time.

I have to recommend Johnís RV and Airstream of South Carolina in Lexington, SC as a great alternative to the Georgia dealerships. We drove from Georgia to South Carolina to purchase our 2019 Flying Cloud 19CB. It was well worth the drive from a cost standpoint with great customer service and no Atlanta traffic. Win-Win.

Not sure about their website, I would suggest you stop by and talk to them. In my opinion they are a very good dealer. I bought my AS from them in 2017 and they took very good care of me and all warranty items.

Thanks for the recommendation; I'll check them out. Not sure where you are, but if you're not in Lexington, where do you take your AS for service? We're going to be stuck with Southland RV for any service, and for any warranty service when/if we move up.
