Check out Inland RV's website. They are in California, and if anybody can help you , they can. Great people to deal with. Good luck!!!

You can check with both main suppliers of Airstream style flat glass. That would be and for their pricing on the piece of glass you need. The new Airstream made glass from Inland is 1/8th inch thick. I believe that is also the thickness available from VTS. After I checked for this glass the pricing and shipping just didn't make much sense to me as it is just flat glass! I researched this and found that the original Chemically Tempered Corning glass is very rare to find and if found can be very expensive! You can now order from any local glass shop the 1/8th inch thick Heat Tempered Safety glass in the correct size for your opening for a much more reasonable amount. The glass is Heat Tempered so is much better than the original Chemically Tempered Corning glass and is harder to break! You need to have it made with pencil sanded edges. You are correct that the surrounding riveted frames need to be disassembled to get to the rough opening to size the glass panel correctly. Take into consideration the seals that go around the glass will cause the securing plates that you say fell out will have to be adjusted for the new thickness of the replacement glass plate. Then re-install with Parabond or Acryl-R to seal where the glass meets exterior frames of the window. Let us hear how you make out on this project. Remember take your time and do it right. It's not that hard once you see the rough opening. Hope this helps, Ed

Getting close... i'm a little confused on what size olympic rivet i use to secure the side pieces on the inside and out. Is it a 5/32' rivet using a #20 drill bit on all of them?
