Crockpot While Towing

2015 27FB. Good idea to run a crockpot from inverter while towing?

We use the Aroma 8-cup slow cooker https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...k_ql_qh_dp_hza

It has a latching lid. We put it in the kitchen sink while travelling. It uses 350 watts when on.

Have you considered a Thermos Thermal Cooker. Once loaded with your hot food, they continue to cook, but require no electricity. This is a link that describes how to use a thermal cooker.

You would definitely want a latching lid, or some bungie straps over top. Carrying in the sink is a good idea too. Lot's of bouncing going on in the trailers.
