Replacing window track felt

In process of trying to replace window felt track in the four sliding windows on 28 ft argosy. Any suggestions on where to get replacements and how to put in?

Copied from someone else. Hope it helps.
open window,
remove lock (don't drop the screws they are hard to find)
shove window all the way forward.
then take a putty knife and pry enough of the old fuzzy channel out so you can pull out exposed channel cut and dispose.
the channel under the window will be removed after you push the window to a almost closed position be careful as the window will come out and you don't want to break it.
remove window,
install the fuzzy channel and cut to fit tight. this needs to be one piece.
remove the fuzzy channel to the top track and hang out side, out of the way.
put window in top first and sit the bottom of the window in the fuzzy channel.
push the window forward and push fuzzy channel in the top channel. this will require some moving the window back and forth to get the channel to where you can get a pair of pliers on and pull it thru the track.
install lock and spray some silicone lube in the fuzzy channel and slide back a forth a few times .
