Broken front window, 1976 Tradewind

Hi, is there anyone that can coach me on changing out the front window on a 1976 Trade wind? The frame is fine, it is just the safety glass that has shattered. Also, door has a bend outward, likely from someone trying to break in.I am thinking of heating the area with a torch and wedging it back into shape. Any and all ideas are much appreciated.Thank you

I can't help you with the window, but I strongly caution against using any torch for the purpose of straightening aluminum. Aluminum does not behave like steel (turning orange/red) and will simply vanish before your eyes if too much heat is applied. Heat can have other affects on the material depending on the material grade and temper.

The window is replaced as a unit frame and all .

Inland RV Center - The Nations Leading Expert in Airstream Innovations has them listed at $195 they also list the stone guard for $385
Airstream Supply has the window unit for $140
