Sounds like fun! I have a friend living near me that is always pushing me that direction. We might just do it? I can deal with 2 washes on the outside.. Dont know about Lassen. Its beautiful up there. We stayed a week at Burney falls.. loved it.

Well, cleaning out is worth all the partying and weirdness that goes on! It doesn't take much to clean out. But it does take 2 washes on the outside. Are you guys going to the August Rally in Lassen?

So I just discovered a new section on the airforums site; the Profile Comments......
I'm a bit of a Volvo nut. Coming from the Northwest, it was inevitable. My wife and I started dating because I was the only one who could tune a '69 142s (dual Strombergs- nastly little suckers). That car lasted us for another 4 years untill a drunk tried to fit his Ford Bronco in the trunk. (it almost fit) and eventually I got to busy to keep fixing the 740t and traded it in for a Honda, and promptly welded the hood shut.
But we still got a '70 145s and a '68 runabout with a Volvo penta AQ110 to tinker on.
Funny though, my fingernails are starting to look clean again, bust be time to "fix" something.....

Yesterday we took it out for its first real spin. My son and I had a blast! The new (14) year old truck towed it perfectly. He insisted on the profile picture.
How are you guys? Did you get lil bu out of captivity? Are you still within budget or like me have you spent so much money on these things it makes your head spin? well.. atleast you have an understanding audience here on the forums. When is your first trip out? how is the BMW? did you service the transmission yet?
