Yes we did! He was a really nice guy to work with. Very prompt in mailing the parts. We have it up and running. The door liner was also repaired by my husband. Jack of all trades! I am trying to change my blog information with little luck. But I have lots of photos on the blog: 62safariairstreamrenovation.blogspot

Thank you for the Howell lead. We have been mailing parts back and forth and I think we may get what we need in the next mailing! For some reason our paper work had M-50. But the refrigerator must be an M-70.

Viewing the forum I understand you too have been working with part for the old Dometic refrig. We have a 62 Safari Airstream with a M50 model 75A type refrigerator. We have the ceramic disc burner outerstone that is cracked and in pieces. We are searching for the burner inner stone (ceramic head) and the burner outer stone ceramic ring. By chance do you have a resource for this in San Diego? Ironically we moved from SD to MO! Thanks. Peggy and Derald.

My Tundra stepside tows the 24ft Argosy without problems. I haven't wanted to pull the 31ft Sovereign with it because I love this truck and want it to last as long as possible. We pull the big trailer with my husband's new Ford. They don't make Tundra stepsides any longer and you can always buy a new Ford! What color is yours?
