No problem. I appreciate your responding even now. I know that people don't stay on this forum every day so wasn't too surprised when I didn't hear from you. I actually contacted 2-3 people but didn't hear back from anyone.

We actually found our 'perfect', dream A/S, a 2008 25 FB Interntional Ocean Breeze in Columbia, SC and drove up to pick it up last weekend. The Safari sounded very nice and might have worked out for us but when we calculated the cost to drive/fly up to Nebraska to see it, time off from work to drive it back to Jax, Fl(Bob's not retired yet), etc., the price on the new (with 2 yr warranty) in Columbia won.

Thanks again and we hope to see you "on the road" soon. Bob's planning to retire in April. We're going to do some long weekends at nearby campgrounds until we're really "educated" in Airstream. Then, come April, off we go into the wild blue yonder!!!!!

I'm looking for an inspector near Omaha, NE, (Pappilion, a suburb of Omaha), for a 2008, 25 ft Safari FB SE. Owner says rv in excellent shape with only 300 miles. We're in Jax. Fl and just can't justify the trip to inspect but looks like a very good deal on the unit. Are you near there and would you be able to help us? Thank you!
