I read your post on the Basecamp thread. I'm in Claiborne county, and just came back from picking up my FC26 at Colonial Airstream in New Jersey. I think the greatest difference in quality that customers experience is before they leave the dealer. The first day, I got a 6-hour detailed walkthrough with a tech, and we flipped every switch, tested every outlet, powered every appliance, and touched every inch. I spent the next TWO nights in the dealer lot. I took showers, used the bathroom, cooked meals, watched TV, adjusted the AC, slept in the bed, etc. They lowered the table two inches (no charge), adjusted three cabinet doors, (and showed me how) and we hitched and unhitched the Equalizer hitch at least three times. I crawled under the unit with a flashlight and went over every inch. I verified the issue date of the tires and batteries, and verified the solar panel function.
I left the dealer with no issues. I am in my third week camping, and still no issues.
