Hi - I hope this reaches Bob. Robert Cross suggested I contact you for what you did to protect your Airstream when traveling in Alaska. I am on the caravan this summer and trying to figure out how to protect my trailer. Thank you for any advice.

Thanks for answering. I guess we've never gotten enough birds at one time for them to declare a truce. We do have a maple tree about 40' from the feeders and the aggressive birds will perch in that tree and watch the feeders. When any other hummer comes along, they attack.
The most birds i've ever seen at the feeders is 4. And that didn't last long.
They are fun to watch, but we didn't realize how much they would fight. And its not just the feeders. We have had one male Anna's, for two years now, that sits at the top of our tallest apple tree and attacks any hummers that come to the row of blue berries, now in full bloom.

    Hi Robert:

You recently posted a photo of your hummingbird feeders. How do you get those little guys to get along? We are about 20 miles from you, so must have the same kinds of hummers (Anna's and Rufous), but they fight like banshees.

    Yours,

    Burnside

I have a 74 argosy and a new engine to go in her. just looking for a shop or way to get it in. current shop wants 4k and says they have to take it up and out the side door?? I read the post of the guy taking it out the front, in his driveway. I have read others saying that some 454 in p30 chasis wont go out the bottom. is this true?

    Hello Robert,
I saw a previous post about your fresh water tank removal on your Safari. I have a 99 25C Safari that I am attempting to put a Garnet See Level sender on the fresh water tank only. When I put the sender on what I thought was the tank & it didn't work, I noticed from your photos that I was putting the sender on the pan the tank sits in ! My C model puts the end of the tank under the pull out pantry & I'm trying to come up with another way NOT to dissemble the cabinetry. Do you think it would be possible to carefully cut an access on the black pan that holds the tank (front or back side) to expose a working surface on the tank to place the sensor & fashion a nice plate to seal it up ? I was an aircraft mech. for 30 + years at Delta, but realize knowledge of how things are put together is foremost. Any advice is appreciated.
My phone # if want to call is 574-205-2407
    Thx,

    Hi,

Send a message to moderator DKB_SATX about your CP issue. He is very good and his job/business is related to solving computer issues. Tell him idrob (rob allen) suggested he might be able to help you out. He has a very busy life, but is also very helpful.

Robert, where can you buy the Ford cameras and wire looms? I would like to pick one up for when my camper is on the truck.
