Hi Ray, I hope you are having a great camping season. I was thinking of your pooch in Chaco Canyon at 4AM last week. My dog discovered porcupines, from your post I knew that a pair of pliers would do get them out. I used some fine electronics pliers and wit the help of the patient,we got them all. Ouch, the poor dog!
