You're not crazy as they've never fixed one of my cabinets even after replacing the door. I was at the dealer recently as a woman was examining a 16' Caravel (sp). As I looked inside the doorway, about 12 ft away, I saw these huge 6" diameter bubbles on what should have been the wood side panel of the fridge . Apparently, they've gone with a thick linoleum siding material to look like the wood. There had to be a dozen of these bubbles. As I pointed them out, the sales rep got panicking...
