Do you have pictures of gm camera mounting? Did you decide to go on side on trailer? Just got 2021 Silverado 2500 and camera. Need to mount it on my 2016 26u. Thanks. Have a good weekend

    Hi Moosetags,
When you get to Maine give us a call if interested in a nice spot to park for a few days.
We’re in Brunswick, ME right on Maquoit Bay a few miles from L.L. Bean.

Hey there! We currently have a 94 excella (30 ft) that we live full-time in and are considering downsizing to a 25' and adding a truck camper on our '16 F250 diesel. The purpose is mainly to act as an office as my gf and I both work and we're looking for more separation as I'm on the phone often. We might occasionally use the truck camper for getting into smaller parks/areas, but I'd say only a handful of times a year will it be used for actual camping. My main questions are the following: 1) how much was MPG affected, 2) did any campgrounds/parks give you issues about counting as 2 RV's, 3) any insight on the Travel Lite Super Lite models, 4) was towing affected much or did it feel fine?

Again we'll be looking at a super lite truck camper (ideally under 2k lbs) as our payload is 3100 on the truck and between our hitch weight of ~750lbs and cargo I feel that should be safe. Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi moosetags We are in the process of buying a 2019 flying cloud 25. Here the deal the 2019 has one a/c. everything else we like. there is a 2020 25rb with two a/c. But we can buy the 2019 several thousands less. seeing that you have single a/c in yours and you are from Florida (?) what's it like to camp in hot weather. We are from Texas, and carry the gran kids to the coast in summer. Thanks for your info

Mr. Moosetags, are you still traveling out West? If so I was wondering how well your gen. Setup is working. We just finished 7 weeks and 9,238 miles out there and was thinking your probably on the money with your new rig. --Mark--

How do you contact Airstream classifieds? I tried the email address, above, but it was undeliverable. They rearranged my order of photos and turned one 90 degrees. Also they have not put my trailer on their Facebook page. I have paid for the featured ad.

Brian this is Paul (Aka FL Dawg) Carter a fellow SRB neighbor and new Airstreamer. My other Airstream neighbor Chris (The Shallows) mentioned to me that you had some experience installing your Propride hitch. Mine was delivered this week and we are making our maiden voyage next Friday. I am planning on bringing the AS back to SRB after the weekend excursion in Alabama and installing this hitch myself. I was wondering if you might be willing to help me in this endeavor. I would gladly pay you for your time and assistance. I have too much invested in this to risk me screwing things up. Thanks. If it is a problem helping out, could you at least take a look at it after I am done to confirm it is set up ok and maybe give some pointers on proper usage.

    Thanks again!!!
