    I have a 1971 bargman lock on my Shasta with the round cylinder. There were no keys to it when I bought it. Do you have a replacement cylinder? Thanks.

    Hello... I am looking to get my L-77 Bargman handle replaced on my 1960 24' silver streak I posted on an old post regarding "L-77 Door Handle" and I got a reply from a very kind person who said he thought you maybe had the plans for manufracturing the handles I have the unit housing, inside handle, it is just the outside door handle that has snapped off just leaving about 1/2inch of the top still intact to the unit. I would love to hear from you to see if you can help me in getting a new handle for my trailer.

    Hello,

    I have a 1968 Airstream Safari and am having some issues with the original Bargman Lock. I noticed through several posts that you were able to assist in some maintenance/repair, and I was hoping you may be able to help.

    The issue I am having is that the exterior knob is loose and does not function well. I am able to engage the door by wiggling the knob and pushing inward, but short of doing that every time it does not engage the bolt. It does not appear that the lock is working - as I have not been able to lock using the key, and I have not been able to engage the lock from the interior of the trailer either.

    If you have any time to help me out it would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    montanablue, i am new to this forum. research has found I have a Bargman L200 short bolt lock on an old Land Yacht, not sure of the year of my Airstream. Door knob works fine, but the key cylinder is bad. So when someone leaves the inside L-Handle in the down position they lock themselves out. Now I can use a screwdriver to break back in, but I would really like to replace the key cylinder. I took it to a locksmith and they said they think there is a something stuck or broken off inside the cylinder and they couldn't fix it.
    Please let me know if you have a replacement cylinder and the cost. The outside door knob is the one with the ridges. Thanks, Jay

    I saw in a post that you used the shaw lvp.
    I have been trying do decide between this one or the rigid core product

    Any comments about your choice would be great. in the short time, how has it held up? any issue with the joints? etc.

    I got locked OUT of my 1997 AS, 34', and had to crawl in under the rear bed.
    The bolt was loose and had locked itself. The key lock was OK. Can you rebuild this?

    I have a 1979 Airstream 31'. I bought an aftermarket door lock set and am not nuts about installing it. My problem is the inside plate and handle are worn out. Do you have an interior Keeler lock handle for a 1979 Airstream.
