I don't know of one, but if you look up "what to look for in a used airstream" here, you should be able to find what you need. Main thing is the floor- around the edges and near the rear of the refrigerator, and under any vent. It should be solid when checked with a sharp probe, like an ice pick, etc. Look under the trailer too to check the belly pan.
Be sure to hook up the water and electric and check all that out. Restored is kind of a generic term, maybe send some photos to alansdavid@gmail.com I can give you a better opinion. Good luck!
