I am able to tilt my Rear TV Down in the 2014 Interstate EXT.

Have to rotate the TV all the way out and here is a 'Pull Pin' locking the rotation. A little bit of effort to pull out; and all the angles have to be right for it to rotate down (rather than twist the angle) but it will rotate down to a fixed angle (about right for watching from bed) once you have it rotated down; you can swing it back around by the window to keep it out of the isle.
