Hi! I see you aren't too far from Long Beach CA. There is a 310 31 motorhome there I am thinking of purchasing but would love it looked at. It is in the middle of a rehab and I am super concerned about the engine as I would be picking up and taking back to Indiana. Do you still assist with look/sees? If so, I would want to reimburse your gas and time.

It is being donated to a non-profit by the owner but I would put you in contact directly with owner or non-profit to access.

    Thank you!

    Hi Steve.
Are you in the High Desert of CA? My name is Rick, I'm in Barstow.
I'm looking for an AS motorhome. Mind of I ask a few questions?
I'm not actually planning to purchase until about October 2018. I read something in the forums a few years ago that prices drop a bit. I don't really want to go smaller than 27', I'd prefer 34'... but it might be better to start off on the shorter side and go big after a couple of years.

I saw how you made that little cover on the pipe vent on the top of the camper. Did you use something already made as a "bent aluminum" or you cut it and bent it?

    Steve,

Thanks for the encouragement and sharing your photos. Its impressive and inspirational with all that you've done with your moho.

Thanks for your help so far. If you're ever in Portland Oregon please look me up. We don't have hook up currently but have 5 acres and a great view.

    Regards,

Another strange thing is that she does not have "park" as a gear, there's neutral, reverse, and drive but no "Park", very strange. Is this typical? Also, there is a lever under the dash to the right of the steering wheel column that I was told is part of the starting procedure, its suppose to be up or down (I don't which), I have no idea what its for. Any Idea?

Oh, the other thing is it has a International 7.3 diesel motor like the kind you find in a Ford F250, obviously an aftermarket deal but certainly adds to the mystery particularly with the electrical wiring. I am anxious to find out how this motor would perform with the moho set up. She's definitely has been neglected and certainly not road worthy at the moment. Its my goal tho bring her back to old glory by next spring. I plan on bringing her home on Sunday and maybe starting a blog once I have a better understanding.
