Today UPS Freight refused to deliver my axles wheels tires etc because they "needed a truck with a lift." (They didn't know that yesterday?) Armed with my 1987 Saab convertible and some scissors I went and picked it all up myself from the UPS Freight place. I did take my hand trucks but did not even need it.

I need a refund of the delivery charges since they did not deliver it. Clearly since I was able to do it with a Saab and scissors, a truck with a lift was not necessary as they claimed. They seemed just to be extraordinarily lazy. So, sorry I have to ask you for the delivery fee refund since their laziness is in NO way your fault, but I paid you and you paid UPS so it has to go like that. Thanks Chris Davis

All of are axles are designed to raise the trailer 3 to 4 inches.
