Hi there! There are times I wish I did live in Vegas but not with todays heat index. We are in Northern California and travel there often. Maybe we can connect sometime.. cheers. Vinnie

I think if it were me, I'd wear a mask, & bag them into black plastic trash bags. The only issue with asbestos is when it crumbles & becomes airborne to breathe. A little exposure won't hurt you, but prolonged dust will. I don't think alerting anyone about what's in the bag is good or it'll probably start an expensive disposal.Asbestos is an excellent insulator-- it's wonderful insulation against heat & cold. I can understand why it was used. It's like the lead paint deal. Lead paint is excellent paint. It grips wood and stays put. I have it on my old houses and I use it as primer on many wood boats. If you sand it or eat it, then it's a hazard :-) I haven't been on the forum in a bit, so I don't know if you've posted photos or not, but I'll take a look soon :-) Mines waiting for title clearance. Nothing too diffult, other than the waiting game &official hoop-jumps. This time, it's legitimite, not like the deal I had w the Liner I was trying to buy. I'm excited to have a twin!! Rae
