Hello there- I have a carefree awning question. Did you ever solve how to get the endcap off of the spring arm rod? im dying here lol. I have a guy that is going to make me 2 new ones of carbon fiber from a 3d printed mold.

I would love some direction to build a table like you have made! I absolutely loved our old table and our new Airstream does not have one, new to us 1968 Airstream. Thank you so much! beneficialbiz@icloud.com or 8185156227 - whichever is easier!

Hi, saw you posted about having converted to all electric for your airstream. We are looking at buying one that has been converted to electric already so I wanted to see if you are still happy with all electric or if you would go back to a gas/electric combo. We have 2 young girls, 3 and 5 so I don't imagine a lot of boondocking in our future.... we are going to be a glamping family Do campsite hookups provide you with all the power you need? Thanks!

    Hi there!
A 1969 Tradewinds just came into my life! It's our first AS after pining for one for over a decade. It is basically all original. I have a few questions I am hoping you can answer.
We have the bathroom fan out and would like to replace it. Did you replace yours without having to enlarge the original opening? We can't find one that fits?
I am also trying to figure out the plumbing valves. In the back are two red handled valves. They seem to be drain valves, correct? and the in the front corner by the water pump are 2 more valves. One to drain the front tank and the other is the crossover. Can you explain how the crossover works. I understand the concept but can't seem to get it work right.
Hope your maiden voyage is fantastic! We hope to have ours on the road (FL to WI) end of July.
    Thanks, J
