Hi - just saw your furnace issue. Did you new board totally fix your problem? We have a 2019 TB 27FB with similar issue that just popped up. I usually fix things myself. I pulled the access panel off that is under the seat, the flex line going into the heater is way too close to the seat support and is kinked, bent too tight. I'm going to put a short piece of copper tubing in then hook up the flex line hoping that will fix the problem. Jim
